Returns & Exchanges

At Blue Print, we want your home to be your sanctuary; if a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging to guarantee a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Blue Print account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
